Notice regarding Joseph Élie Equipment and Protection Plan offers.

In order to simplify communications and ultimately provide you with better service, the administration of your protection plan and the home heating equipment and protection plans offers will be transferred to Confort Expert Inc. as of April 1st, 2023.

As of April 1st, you will be able to contact Confort Expert’s Customer Service directly at (514) 640-7711,  24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any service request or information on heating and air conditioning equipment.

The following products are available for delivery and distribution:

• Category 1 fuel oil (outdoor tank) resistant to temperatures of -40 degrees Celsius
• Category 2 fuel oil (inner tank)
• ThermaClean Fuel Oil: a new, cleaner home heating oil that produces less smoke and soot during combustion than regular fuel oils while extending the life of your tank.
